Open-source access to next-generation multi-molecule prediction
OpenFold 3 is an open-source reproduction of AlphaFold 3. Developed by the OpenFold Consortium and the AlQuraishi Lab, it extends the capabilities of OpenFold 2 to multi-molecule complexes — proteins and ligands— using the diffusion-based architecture introduced in AF3.
